Your Online Security
We use ANZ e-Gate Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of online transactions. SSL is the industry standard for providing the most reliable protection of consumer information. All of your personal information is encrypted and therefore unreadable by SSL as it travels over the internet, including your credit card number, name and address.
Ordering Online
In order to place your first purchase online, simply add the number of items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. When you are finished, click calculate and then submit order. A confirmation order will be emailed to you. Your tax invoice will be attached to the goods.

To fax your order write down the product code and fax your order including delivery address, contact phone number, credit card number with expiration date, sucurity number and cardholder name to:

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Bankcard and American Express credit cards. Your credit card information is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for security while in transit.
Electronic Payment
After receipt of your faxed/emailed order we will email/fax a pro-forma invoice with our banking details. Payment can then be made direct into our ANZ account.
Shipping
Orders should be delivered within 5 days from day the order was received. Delivery time depends on your location and other variables.
Undelivered Orders
If your order is returned to us as undelivered, we will make every attempt to contact you and remedy the situation.
Returns Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipment date and replace any defective or damaged item with a new identical product. Atlantic must be notified within 5 days of the damaged product. For all other returns a 20% stocking fee applies. Returns must be complete as received with the original manufactures packaging.
Procedure
In order to make sure your needs are promptly and efficiently met, please contact Atlantic on 0800 422 000 and advise your invoice number and product code number of the replaced item as it appears on your invoice. We will advise you specific instructions regarding your return at this time. If you prefer to contact us by email at sales@atlantics.co.nz please include your business name, contact name & number, the item code as it appears on your invoice and a description of the problem that requires return. Customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours.
